Oncology and General Surgeon
Began his medical studies at the University Autonoma of Guadalajara School of Medicine from which he graduated among the top in his class. He than went on to study General Surgery as a resident in the Specialties Hospital “La Raza” in Mexico City continuing on to the Central Oncology Hospital in Mexico City to receive his second specialty degree as an Oncology Surgeon which he finished in 2001.
Dr. Velasco has since gone on to practice his specialties in Mexico City, Tepic and Puerto Vallarta besides continuing his post-graduate work and updating his vast knowledge. He is a well-recognized diagnostician and highly respected surgeon among his peers and patients alike. His treatment and manner with both patients and relatives is truly respectful, honest and warm giving a very human and gentle ambience.
Dr. Jorge Fausto Bustamante
Studied medicine at the University Autonoma of Guadalajara obtaining his post graduate degrees in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology at the National Medical Center “20 de Noviembre” and the National Institute of Medical Sciences “Salvador Zubirán”. He is a member of the Association of Clinical Endocrinologists of America and the Mexican Society of Nutrition and Endocrinology. He has assisted at multiple postgraduate courses in the areas of diabetes and thyroid diseases.
